Monday Mixing: Nước mắm pha

This pairs well with last week's recipe.

  • 1 cup fish sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic paste
  1. Place all ingredients except for chili-garlic paste in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Once at a boil, turn heat off and allow to cool.
  3. Once cool, stir in chili-garlic paste.
  4. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
