Monday Mixing: Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

This is a very tasty clone of Red Lobster's famous biscuits.

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of dried parsley flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Bisquick, milk, 1 cup of cheese and 1 tbs of butter.
  3. Hand mix, pat out and cut out.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown.
  5. Combine butter, garlic powder and parsley. Brush over baked biscuits.
