Monday Mixing: Chocolate-Caramel-Pecan Pretzels

A little salty, sweet, gooey and crunchy all at the same time. So addicting!

  • 1 package mini pretzels
  • 1 package pecan halves
  • 1 bag Rolo candies
  1. Preheat oven to 250°.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or foil.
  3. Place pretzels on cookie sheet in a single layer and place a Rolo in the middle of each pretzel.
  4. Place in oven for approximately 3 minutes or until candies soften and remove from oven.
  5. Place a pecan half on top of Rolo and press down to flatten.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes then place in refrigerator until set (approximately 15 minutes).
  7. If there are any left, store in airtight containers with layers separated by waxed paper. :-)
